Classroom Employment Opportunities

2026-2027 School Year Teachers needed for the below classes with the weekday preschool ministry of Concord Baptist Church. We provide the opportunity to work as a sub for the remainder of this school year to become familiar with the program.

2 year old Lead Teacher:

Schedule: 3 days a week (Monday through Wednesday) 8:15am-1:30pm following the Forsyth County School Calendar.

Benefits: 25% off of one student tuition.

Expected hours: 15.75

2 year old Assistant Teacher:
-
Schedule: 2 days or 4 days a week (Monday / Wednesday or Tuesday Thursday or all 4 days) 8:15am-1:30pm following the Forsyth County School Calendar.

No experience required - preferred experience working with children in a classroom setting

Benefits: 25% off of one student tuition.

Expected hours: 10.50 - 21 per week

Must have prior lead teaching experience.

Schedule: 4 days a week (Monday through Thursday) 8:15am-1:30pm following the Forsyth County School Calendar.

Requirements for Classroom Positions:
-
A Mature Christian with a strong knowledge of the Bible and agreeing with Concord Baptist Church’s doctrinal beliefs.
-
Be an Active (regular attender) member of a church that has the same doctrinal beliefs as Concord Baptist Church.

Preferred - At least 21 years of age if applying for lead teaching position.
-
Have a high school diploma.
-
Proficient computer skills.
-
Experience in a preschool, child care center, kindergarten, elementary school grades, or a church setting. (Pre-K lead teacher position requires previous lead teacher experience).

Must have a sincere love for children and be able to relate to children joyfully and sensitively
-
Background and reference checks will be performed prior to employment.

CPR / Fire Safety Training will be provided if needed.
