2026-2027
Classroom Employment Opportunities
2026-2027 School Year Teachers needed for the below classes with the weekday preschool ministry of Concord Baptist Church. We provide the opportunity to work as a sub for the remainder of this school year to become familiar with the program.
3 year old Lead Teacher (2 positions):
-
Must have prior lead teaching experience with lesson planning experience.

Schedule: 3 days a week class (Monday through Wednesday) and 4 days a week class (Monday through Thursday) 8:30am-1:45pm following the Forsyth County School Calendar.

REQUIRED FOR LEAD TEACHER position: previous lead or assistant teacher experience.

Experience developing or following a lesson plan.

Benefits: 25% off of one student tuition.

Expected hours: 15.75 hrs. & 21 hrs. per week

Work Location: In person
Substitute Teacher:
-
Schedule: Work on an as needed basis (Monday through Thursday) 8:30am-1:45pm following the Forsyth County School Calendar.

Preferred experience working with children in a classroom setting

Be comfortable filling in for lead classroom teacher.

Requirements for Classroom Positions:
-
A Mature Christian with a strong knowledge of the Bible and agreeing with Concord Baptist Church’s doctrinal beliefs.

Be an Active (regular attender) member of a church that has the same doctrinal beliefs as Concord Baptist Church.

Have a high school diploma.
-
Proficient computer skills.
-
Experience in a preschool, child care center, kindergarten, elementary school grades, or a church setting.

Must have a sincere love for children and be able to relate to children joyfully and sensitively
-
Background and reference checks will be performed prior to employment.
-
CPR / Fire Safety Training will be provided if needed.
