Substitute Teacher

Teach and care for young children through play, learning, and prayer

Classroom Employment Opportunities
Substitute Teacher:
-
Schedule: Work on an as needed basis (Monday through Thursday) 8:15am-1:30pm following the Forsyth County School Calendar.

Preferred experience working with children in a classroom setting

Be comfortable filling in for lead classroom teacher.

Pay: $14/hr.

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 0 - 21 per week

Work Location: In person
Requirements for Classroom Positions:
-
A Mature Christian with a strong knowledge of the Bible and agreeing with Concord Baptist Church’s doctrinal beliefs.

Be an Active (regular attender) member of a church that has the same doctrinal beliefs as Concord Baptist Church.

Have a high school diploma.
-
Proficient computer skills.
-
Experience in a preschool, child care center, kindergarten, elementary school grades, or a church setting.

Must have a sincere love for children and be able to relate to children joyfully and sensitively
-
Background and reference checks will be performed prior to employment.
-
CPR / Fire Safety Training will be provided if needed.
