Employment Requirements​​

​

  1. A Mature Christian with a strong knowledge of the Bible and agreeing with Concord Baptist Church’s doctrinal beliefs.

  2. Be an Active member of a church that has the same doctrinal beliefs as Concord Baptist Church.

  3. At least 21 years of age.

  4. Have a high school diploma.

  5. Proficient computer skills.

  6. Preferred Classroom experience / Music experience in a preschool, child care center, church, kindergarten, or elementary school grades.

  7. Must have a sincere love for children and be able to relate to children joyfully and sensitively.

  8. High School diploma.

  9. Background and reference checks will be performed prior to employment.

  10. CPR / Fire Safety Training will be provided if needed.
