RATES AND FEES
26-27 Class placement based on age as of 9/01/2026
The 2026-2027 school year will begin 8/17/2026 and ends 5/19/2027
(otherwise we follow the Forsyth County School System Calendar)

For your convenience, we have averaged the cost over the school term and is based upon the program as a whole, not the days attended. Therefore, no deductions are made for holidays or absences.

Tuition is collected one month in advance. Tuition is due on the 1st of the preceding month. The first payment is due on July 1st. A $25 late fee is assessed for tuition received after the 10th of the month. Failure to submit payment may forfeit your place in our program. There is no discount for paying the full year's tuition in advance.

One month (30 day) written / email notice and one month of tuition is required to withdraw early (one month prepaid tuition is non-refundable).

Concord Baptist Church Weekday Preschool reserves the right to make changes to classes and tuition fees at any time before or during the school year.

Concord Baptist Church Weekday Preschool reserves the right to deny admission or terminate enrollment for any student if it is determined that the school cannot meet the needs of the student.

The potty training policy is strictly enforced. ALL students entering the 3 and 4 Year old classes must be fully and independently able to use the toilet by July 1st. Students will have multiple opportunities to use the bathroom as a class throughout the day, and are allowed to go individually at any time that they ask. Our 2 Year old class is not required to be able to use the toilet; however teachers will be working toward potty-training as parents begin working with their child at home. If your child is not fully potty trained, he/she will not be able to enter our 3's or Pre-K classes. Enrolling / repeating the 2 year old program has been an option in the past for those that felt their child would not be ready to enter the 3's program.

All students must have up to date immunizations (Form 3231). A religious exemption (Form 2208) must be submitted prior to the start of school.

Concord Baptist Church Weekday Preschool is exempt from licensing through Bright from the Start Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning. Concord Baptist Church Weekday Preschool has complied with all criteria and requirements for this exemption.

REGISTRATION FEE

Registration fees are NON REFUNDABLE. The registration fee must be paid online at the time of registration to ensure a place for your child.
CURRICULUM / ACTIVITY / SUPPLY FEE​

Curriculum / activity / supply fee is due with 1st month’s tuition on July 1st.

The Curriculum / Activity / Supply fee is NON REFUNDABLE and helps cover curriculum, in-house programs / activities, supplies, teaching aids, etc.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY

One month (30 day) written / email notice is required to withdraw early. If a 30 day written / email notice is not provided, one month of tuition is due (or the one month of prepaid tuition is not refundable).

DISCOUNTS

​​There is a $10 multi-child discount, $10 active / veteran military discount, and 25% permanent staff discount (discount applies to one student if the employee works at least 2 days each week).
